- Mixed herbs-parsley, mint, basil, coriander leaves-1 cup
- Honey -1 tsp
- Lime juice-1 tsp
- Grated lemon peel-½ tsp
- Grind all the herbs with other ingredients except lemon peel, with 1 glass water. Pour in a tall glass and garnish with lemon peel and mint leaves and serve fresh.
