- Skimmed milk- 1/2 cup
- Low fat yogurt- ½ cup
- Honey- ½ tsp
- Almonds- 6 to 7
Coarsely chop ½ cup strawberries and gradually add 1/2 cup skimmed milk, ½ cup low fat yogurt and ½ tsp honey to it in a blender .
Once it is evenly blended pour into a tall glass and sprinkle finely chopped 6 to 7 almonds. Makes a refreshing drink that is very high on nutrition and taste yet low on calories.
